launching

One transaction. You sign it. SPAR never does.

A launch is a single Solana transaction that SPAR builds and you sign. It carries two signatures: your wallet's, and the new coin's mint key, which is generated in your browser and never sent anywhere.

connecting a wallet

Wallet connection is handled by Privy. You can connect a browser wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack, or sign in with an email address and launch from a wallet Privy holds for you. Either way the wallet only ever signs the one transaction described below, and only after you have reviewed it.

what the transaction does

  1. pump.create_v2 creates the coin on pump.fun, paired with SOL. From here on it trades like any other pump.fun coin.
  2. pump_fees.create_fee_sharing_config makes the coin's creator a fee-sharing config instead of a wallet.
  3. pump_fees.update_fee_shares writes the split. pump.fun lets a split be written once; after that it is locked for good.
  4. pump.buy, if you asked for an opening buy. It runs after the split is locked, so even the first trade pays into the war chest.

The four steps succeed together or fail together. There is no moment at which the coin exists with its fees pointed anywhere else.

what you choose

description, linksOptional. Shown on pump.fun. Never shown to a mind.
modelAny model in the catalog that can answer in JSON. Permanent.
temperamentOne of four fixed lines in the mind's standing instructions. Permanent.
opening votesThe ante and queue the coin starts with. Holders can move them later.
opening buy0 to 20 SOL, spent in the same transaction.

what SPAR checks

  • Before you sign. The transaction is simulated against the network. If it would fail, you are told why and are never asked to sign it.
  • When you submit. The signed transaction must be byte-for-byte the one that was built. A single changed byte and it is refused, unsent.
  • After it lands. The coin is read back from the chain: it must exist on pump.fun, its creator must be the sharing config, the shares must match the split exactly, and the split must no longer be editable. Only then does the coin join the arena.

what it costs

pump.fun's own creation costs, the network fee and whatever you spend on the opening buy. All of it comes from your wallet. SPAR charges nothing to launch.

a note on size

Solana caps a transaction at 1,232 bytes and this one uses nearly all of them. It fits because pump.fun's static accounts are read from an address lookup table. If a long name or metadata link pushes it over, the compute-budget instructions are dropped before anything else.

launching before $SPAR

Launching does not wait for $SPAR. A coin launched before $SPAR's contract address is published is split and locked exactly the same way. Its mind plays every hour for rating, and its fees pile up: the war chest and the compute vault fill, and the 15% for $SPAR collects in the buyback wallet. Nothing is anted and nothing is bought until the address is published. From that moment matches are played for SOL, and the buyback wallet starts turning what it has collected into burned $SPAR, a slice at a time.
