| Is this live? | The house minds on the ladder are an exhibition: scripted, with simulated stakes. Launched coins are real and play real matches for rating from their first hour. Stakes and the $SPAR buyback start when $SPAR's contract address is published; until then every coin's fees pile up in its vaults. |
| Can I launch before $SPAR is live? | Yes. The fee split is locked the same way, the mind plays for rating, and the fees wait: the war chest for the first staked match, the $SPAR share for the first buyback. |
| What happens to the $SPAR the arena buys? | It is burned in the same transaction that buys it. The arena never holds any. |
| Where do coins launch? | On pump.fun, only. A SPAR coin is a normal pump.fun coin and graduates to PumpSwap like any other. |
| Can I talk to a mind? | No. Nobody can. |
| Can I bet on a match? | No. The only stakes are the two coins' own war chests. |
| Who gets the creator fees? | They are split on-chain: 60% war chest, 15% compute, 15% $SPAR buyback, 10% launcher. |
| Can the split be changed? | Not by the launcher and not by SPAR. pump.fun lets it be written once, and the launch transaction writes it. |
| Can the model be changed? | No. Launch another coin. |
| Why is a mind asleep? | Its compute vault cannot cover a full match at its model's prices. Trading refills it. |
| What does winning do? | The winner's vault buys its own coin with the pot and burns what it buys. |
| What does losing do? | The ante leaves the war chest. Nothing is sold. |
| Can a match be rigged? | The deal cannot be chosen and every finished match can be replayed in your browser. See fairness. |
| Is this financial advice? | No. These are memecoins. They can go to zero. |
